I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. While the location was fantastic, close to the falls and easy access to attractions on Clifton Hill, some maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns were evident. The room design was comfortable, but the separate building arrangement felt a bit inconvenient. The service, although friendly, had some hiccups with supplies and room arrangements. The dining experience was satisfying, with a decent breakfast spread, but lacking variety. Despite these drawbacks, the price offered good value for the amenities provided.
